Bone + Lily is a private body art studio tucked away in the Olde Kingston Towne Center in Knoxville, Tennessee’s esteemed West Hills neighborhood. We offer tattoo services by appointment only to give you a uniquely personal and comfortable experience.

Founded in August 2024 by Owner and Principal Artist Caitie Brianna, Bone + Lily was conceived from a vision of combining uncompromising safety and quality with genuine compassion and deep empathy for every client’s journey. Renae, a friend and vital part of the Bone + Lily team, works alongside Caitie to serve people of all backgrounds and abilities with the utmost respect and care.
